Early phase trials come along with very specific statistical approaches and often scientists being involved in trial planning and performance are not well aware of the basic principles behind. Thus, a group of experienced statisticians has developed an introductory course for AGAH starting with basic principles of biostatistics but finally focusing on those issues being of relevance for early phase trials like e.g. adaptive designs and scaling in equivalence studies with highly variable drugs. SocraTec R&D hosts this course on November 7th and 8th, 2018.
